The hiring is made on a purely strictly personal basis. The tenant will not be able to in no case, under renting, nor to yield his rights to the present convention without assent express train of the campsite.

Camping space includes/understands the site semi-shaded of 100 m2,

 Mobil-home from 4 to 6 beds

* 2 separate rooms (one with a double bed and one with two beds of a person).

* Kitchenette equipped: plate gas, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen ustensils. .

* Salle of baths with shower, wash-hand basin.

* WC',separate.

Show of garden, parasol.

Cloths, and not provided household linen.

*The leasing agreement attached must be filled and signed then turned over as soon as possible accompanied

of an installment of 30%of the amount of the stay, and 60€ per site camp-site, to be worth on the amount of your stay.

*The hiring will be taken into account only when this sum reaches us and that you will accept, by signing the bulletin attached, the conditions of hiring.

*With the reception of your contract and your installment, we will send a confirmation to you. .

*The reservations are done at the week of Saturday 16 H at Saturday 10 H. .

*The animals are not allowed in the hirings.

The at present rented buildings must under no pretext be occupied by a higher number or different people than those indicated on the contract of reservation.

The various guests and supplements must be announced to the reception of the camp-site.

* Any installment of hiring nonin conformity and not regularized in its amount and the deadlines, will involve

cancellation. In the event of cancellation of the contract by the customer, beyond 30 days before the date of arrival, the sum of 38€ for lodging or 15,25€ for a site, will be retained on the refunding of the installment, will be passed this time no installment will not be refunded.

 

*In the event of delay on arrival of the customer, the mobil-home will be reserved until following day 12 H of the date envisaged

of arrival. Passed this time, the hiring will be cancelled.

*Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram.

*In the event of premature departure, no refunding will be éffectué on any stay having been The subject of a reservation.

The camp-site reserves the right to relet the first request.

A cheque of 180 € will be required of you with your arrived and restored at your departure, after checking of the state of your hiring of mobil-home.

The pay of the hiring (mobil-home) will be regulated entirely 30 days before the arrival with the camp-site as well as the visitor's tax.

handing-over of the keys will be able éffectuer only starting from 16 H and up to 20 h. Prière telephone to us in the event of delay.

The departure will be éffectuer before 10 H for the hiring of mobil-home and before 12 H for the site camp-site.

An inventory of fixtures will be made. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, or else a fixed price of 40€ will be retained on the guarantee.

The company manager of the camp-site, declines any responsibility in the event of flight or for losses of personal effects which would intervene during the hiring.

Any campers is held to conform to the provisions of réglement interior of the camp-site in which,il remains
