The campsite reception is where it all starts for your holiday in the Ardèche! It is open every day from 8.30am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm in high season (July and August) and you’ll get a warm welcome from our multilingual team (speaking French and English), who are there specially to provide you with help and advice throughout your stay in our campsite.

The campsite reception is also on hand with all the important information you need for your holiday: the dates and times of activities, local businesses, literature on trips and excursions, bike hire and electric-assist bikes, how to get to the greenway, canoeing on the Ardèche river, etc.
